Individualized Attention to Child and Parent
Unique Comprehensive Wrap-Around Approach
Staff and Students
With ratios from 1:1 to 1:3, our staff adapts to every child's needs. Utilizing ABA-driven, tech-integrated curriculum, our full team, enriched by Arizona Department of Education (ADE) highly qualified teachers and certified therapists, diligently oversee each student's progress daily.
Classroom Programming
All classrooms are staffed by certified teachers, paraprofessionals, and teacher assistants. Embedded therapies are utilized to support each child’s development in the areas of behavior and self-regulation, language/self-expression, fine/gross motor skills, and self-help skills and/or other identified areas of need.
Behavioral Learning Supports
For students with behavioral challenges impeding learning readiness, our Board Certified Behavioral Specialist along with the parent, outside providers and school team create and implement positive behavioral supports. Methods are based on principles of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis).
Non-Violent Crisis Intervention
Staff working directly with students are provided with training through Crisis Prevention Institutes, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention(R) Program. This training focuses on the least-restrictive response to ensure the care, welfare, safety, and security of all students.
“There is not one solution that fits all student needs. Therefore, each program is highly individualized to the students specific individual needs to obtain maximum levels of success.”
