We offer Center based Habilitation & Respite services
Habilitation
Habilitation is provided one-on-one with a child/individual in their home, center based, and/or in the community. Habilitation goals are defined from the Individual Support Plan (ISP) in the following skill areas: Communication, Self-Help, Fine/Gross Motor, Memory & Organization, and Social Skills. The Center will train and advocate in Sensory Integration (SI), Positive Behavior Support (PBS), and alternative communication (AAC) skills support.
Respite
Respite consists of watching over/caring for a child/individual. This service gives the parent/guardian a break (respite) to complete tasks/errands that they are otherwise unable to complete without assistance from someone taking care of their child/individual. This is a service in which you are caring for the needs of the child and may have to follow up on skill areas developed in the habilitation program.
